Last night we went to the Cornell basketball game. They played Penn. No, that's not Penn State, but just Penn. Ivy League basketball isn't quite like watching my Cougs, but it was still a lot of fun. We went with Darrell and Amy Sonntag.
We got all geared up in red and white (it's still weird for me to wear the colors of the Utes, but Lexi has no problem with it).
Lexi had a lot of fun watching Cornell's cheerleaders. It made her a little nostalgic for the old days. She's actually thinking about the possibility of being a cheer coach in Chicago.
It was a great game. Cornell played very well and ended up winning by quite a bit. They have a pretty good shot of winning the Ivy League title, which would mean that they would get a berth in the NCAA Tournament.

How fun!! I wish we could go do cool things like that. :) And the only reason why would couldn't is because neither of us knows anything about sports, so we would probably look and sounds like idiots there. :) Anyway, I forgot to mention, very cool new blog format! Love it!
